We are located in the Miracle Mile Shopping Plaza, directly next to Kroger on Jackman Rd and Laskey and next door to Crunch Fitness. Our address is 4925 Jackman Rd. #3 Toledo Ohio 43613.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

A 48 hours cancellation or reschedule notice is REQUIRED for all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 48 hours window, you will be charged a cancellation/reschedule fee of $50. No calls, no shows are prohibted. We understand life happens, if you are running late we just ask give us a call or text to let us know. We do allow a 10 mins grace period.
